I had a great experience at this office. I saw Jody and she was beyond knowledgeable, detailed , addressed all my questions and was funny which is very important. Every doctors office in the rogue valley is swamped and it takes a long time to get an appointment. They were able to get me in, in two months instead 8 like the other highly rated dermatologists in Medford. I’m certainly sticking with them and glad I found them.
This provider is not listed on their website, but a woman with a name very similar to "SHANNON ROSIN" is the most arrogant, defensive, apathetic, and lazy doctor I have ever encountered. I have no complaints about the practice in general, but the unwillingness of this woman to do the minimum expectations (ask pertinent questions and perform a thorough exam) both times I saw her, is completely unacceptable. Advanced skin center would benefit if they removed this person from their payroll. Please verify WHO you are seeing and ask to reschedule with someone else ... unless you enjoy seeing a Dr who doesn't even bother to pretend like they have looked at your information before entering the room.
I absolutely love this place. I used to see a different doctor. But he moved away and I was switched with a different doctor, Sam. She is so unbelievably nice and she was very thorough with my skin check. She found a spot on my ear I didn't know was there. I'm currently waiting for the biopsy results. She was able to do the scrape with ease. Even with its difficult placement. The office staff is very nice. The office is clean. It does take a while to get in for an appointment. But that's because they are busy due to the amazing work they do. I highly recommend this place.
Awful place! I scheduled an appointment 4.5 months ago (soonest they could fit me in) because they are listed as a provider with my insurance. I talked to them 3 times to make sure they had my insurance info. Then at my appointment today they tell me they can't verify my insurance and I'll have to pay cash. So of course, I went home and logged in to my Aetna members portal and the info and ID card I provided was correct! My insurance is active, so they turned me away after a 4 month wait FOR NO REASON!! I would never go back to such a poorly run place, what an awful experience and incompetent staff. Actually kinda glad I won't be getting services from such a shady "clinic" style office. BEWARE! Not a good "Health Care" provider.
The front desk lady, assistant and doctor were all so nice! Note-taking lady was on the other hand...not the most friendly, but thats not that important! Doctor was also very thorough and informative. Didnt try to rush atall! Loved her. I didnt have to wait that long for my appointment either... think it was a month?
