I have been overly impressed with Dr. Hopp's office in Tricities. I have had psoriasis for years and Dr. Henderson is the only person to actually find a solution to keeping it under control. Also the staff members and medical assistants are very friendly and helpful.

Julie made me get THREE unnecessary biopsies even though my auto immune disease was already confirmed. She made me feel like I had no choice and was exaggerating. And then she gave me a wrong diagnosis. Went to ohsu dermatology in portland and was told she was wrong. THREE biopsies and she still gave me the wrong diagnosis. A year later and my biopsies still haven’t healed completely, and hurts everytime I walk. It is such a hindrance in every day life. You shouldn’t be a dermatologist Julie. You don’t care what you do to your patients

I wanted a 2nd opinion concerning a small cyst on my upper right thigh. The nurse and assistant who is examined me were professional and thorough. My only concern was that among the many staff I observed including 4 receptionists I didn't see one smile or any type of comraderie. Every staff seemed stressed or tired

Extremely disappointed in my multiple year 'treatment' with Julie. I cannot express how distraught I was being misdiagnosed for over two years, trying countless biologics, and not finding out the correct diagnosis for my issue until after switching dermatologists. Not only that, but nothing we tried worked, because my diagnosis was incorrect. Despite insisting there could be an alternative (correct) diagnosis for my issue, she insisted that that's not the case and pushed hardcore medications to 'fix' my issue. I switched to Melissa Jaeger at the Center for Excellence in Dermatology in Tri Cities; one appointment and her talking to Dr. Hopp about my issue and I was properly diagnosed and our treatments have helped immensely. Julie could have done that the entire time and chose not to for whatever reason, I guess encouraging destructive and painful drugs is better than asking a simple question and getting a second opinion. I've had more progress and peace of mind in 6 months with Melissa than YEARS with Julie. Please, save yourself the pain (literally) and agony of being mistreated at this location and visit Dr. Jaeger in the Tri Cities.
