Bend Dermatology - Klamath Falls

I saw Liz and am very pleased with the care I received. She is very thorough and professional which I appreciate. She made me feel comfortable with her care. The MA made the appointment and discharge orders easy to understand. The facility is very clean.

The entire visit was exactly what we all want from our Doctor appointments. I didn't have to wait like at most appointments. The office was cheerful and efficient. I saw Liz, she's so sweet and gentle. I didn't even realize my procedure was done!!! I will definitely go back and see her if I have any further needs.

While having a cancer spot removed from my arm. Everyone made sure I had a comfortable, and pain free procedure. Explained the procedure and what to do afterwards. I appreciated them all so much.

My dad Called the office and was treated very poorly. They must really record the calls they take so they can teach their workers on how to answer the phones and talk to elderly! My dad was trying to make an appointment and the worker Billy yelled at my dad because he was unable to hear her and hung up on him like nothing! I overheard through speaker phone and felt very badly. Shame on you for treating the elderly that are hard of hearing poorly. I will not be letting him call back.

The best care!!! Staff is professional, very caring and I had a few treatments done at once and I was in and out in a prompt manner we. Liz, Jada and Brooklyn I thank you so much for the incredible care. Julie
