Clear Choice Dermatology - Lake Oswego

Do NOT Go here. I waited over 4 months for an appointment, & during that time, they canceled my appointment twice. The urgency of my issue required me to take time off of work to reschedule with them. On the day of my appointment, I hit traffic and texted them that I was running 10 minutes late. They told me I was going to have to reschedule per a 10 minute late policy that had not ever been informed of. I then called them to let them know I would arrive only 9-10 minutes past my appointment time and they agreed to waive their policy and keep my appointment. When I arrived, exactly 10 minutes late, they told me they would not see me, regardless of who I spoke to and what they had told me on the phone. They were rude and unhelpful. I had to drive 1 hr round trip for this and, I repeat, was only 10 minutes late. I felt like I was in a Severance episode. A horrible experience all around. Honestly, we gotta do better for one another.

This was my first time at Clear Choice, Lake Oswego Dermatology. First, the office space is beautiful and doesn’t feel like a waiting room. You feel like you are in a living room. Front desk staff was super nice. I worked with Taylor and Grace. They were like a well-oiled machine. I never felt like my time was wasted. Grace would prep, Taylor would come in and do the exam, biopsy, whatever was needed. They were so comforting and answered ALL of my questions. I never felt rushed. I had some findings that were surprising, but I still left there feeling like I was in good hands and they’ll take good care of me no matter what the outcome of my tests were. I immediately came home and told friends “you should go to my dermatologist office!! They are great!!”

Very nice. Beautiful office staff very caring. Would be nice if they spent a little more time explaining the procedure and what to expect. I will for sure be back!

This is the dermatology clinic both me and my wife go to. We see Mark Davis PA-C. He and the staff are very knowledgeable. When they've needed to biopsy a skin sample it's been painless band quick. The front desk is friendly, and the yearly checkups are very thorough and quick. Last time we were there, a customer was complaining to the front desk, as she had book an appointment with a customer at her business all the way across Portland and she felt she couldn't wait for her appointment time or she wouldn't make it back across town. They worked with her, got her in quickly for what was needed and it didn't affect our appointment at all. I thought the front desk staff and the staff and back handled it wonderfully. We would have zero issues recommending this place.

Terrific appointment at Clear Choice Dermatology in Lake Oswego. Extremely pleasant and friendly Medical Assistant (Faith). She made me feel comfortable during the appointment. I had a number of skin lesions treated with liquid nitrogen. She provided thorough follow up recording my pharmacy and discussing my drug allergy.
