Klein Dermatology & Associates: Klein Marla M MD

I love going to visit Klein Dermatology. Their office is very easy to find with ample parking in a nice office park in LO. Once you walk into the building, they are located on the second floor. And from the moment you enter their suite, you know that you are going to be well taken care of… From the wonderful women at the front desk who are eager to help in any way that they can, to their clean and beautiful lobby where you wait (usually no more than a few mins) which has plenty of space for people to spread out (a huge plus during Covid). And all of the doctors and nurses are top notch, both with their professionalism and wonderful bedside manner. And should you ever have to call their office to ask a question, they are always super helpful on the phone, no matter who takes your call. Honestly, you really couldn’t ask for anything more. Oh, except to be added to their monthly specials email list. Definitely ask to be added to that! ;)

I do not recommend this dermatology practice; they lack the communication I would expect from a medical office. It is hard to get in touch with them if you have a medical concern. I was concerned when three days after microneedling treatment I was still intensely red, with very little signs of healing. It was very hard to get medical personnel on the phone, even though I called several times during normal business hours. Six week post microneedling update: I was right to be concerned after my microneedling treatment here. I was told that the redness should mostly be gone after a week, but it persists six weeks later. The redness draws more attention to my acne scar (making it look worse than before). Medical Assistant Fawn was WAY too aggressive with the treatment and has basically caused scarring. She also did not sanitize the area before doing the treatment, which raised red flags. I thought I was in good hands coming to a dermatology practice to do this treatment, but clearly I was incorrect.

Dr. Klein is a superb doctor! Highly competent, professional, caring, and practical. She treated my benign lesions and identified an unexpected precancerous lesion on my lip. WOW! What superb care. I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am. Her care and skill goes far beyond skin deep.

Dr Marla has taken great care of me for approaching 15 years. Always friendly (her and the staff,) professional, and caring. I've had several pre-cancerous spots caught well in advance of causing any harm thanks to her. I'm very appreciative and give my highest recommendation!

I've had both medical and cosmetic procedures. I was really pleased with the fillers result. It looks so natural. I find Dr. Klein and staff to be extremely professional and very proactive in my care. I was advised to use a cream which attacks precancerous cells ( raised in the South and had a lot of sun exposure) and couldn't believe the areas that were affected by the cream. My husband is also a patient who has had several procedures done due to sun damage. Kudos to Dr. Klein and staff.
