Petroff Center Plastic Surgery and Medi-Spa

I did not have an appointment and basically just walked in off the street. I wanted to ask some questions about laser cosmetic surgery. The two front desk staff were absolutely the most friendly and helpful people that I have encountered in a long time. Again, I didn't have an appointment but they got me in touch with a medical assistant in less than fve minutes. She took me to an exam room and photographed my skin concerns while explaining treatment options. Again...One of the nicest people that I have encountered! If the rest of my interactions are as good as my first impressions, I would say that this is THEE place to go! I would have rated my first impressions with more than five stars but this option isn't available!

The experience with Dr. Petroff and staff, was absolutely amazing! He is a skilled surgeon who cares about his patients. My results are so much better than I had hoped for! I have visited numerous offices from the Eugene, Salem areas, only to find I was disappointed. Petroff office is THE office! Dr. Petroff has his own surgical center so he over sees every bit of your journey as a patient from the facility to who he has care for you (in addition to himself). There is no one like him or this office and the care is beyond anything I had expected. I had follow ups, phone calls checking on me and two ultrasound laser treatments post op, for swelling. That's where Kelsey comes in. She is the best around for esthetics. For so many reasons, I don't have enough time to list them all! If you want the best with the highest results/patient care bar set, this is your office!

It has been such a wonderful experience working with Dr. Petroff and his staff. I had surgery in August 2024 and I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me, from the office staff, to the anesthesiologist and nurses, to Dr. Petroff's extreme skill in surgery and creating a natural outcome, not to mention the roses they sent home with me after surgery ( what a nice, thoughtful touch ) I could not be more happy with my results, and I would highly recommend the Petroff Center, if you are thinking of any facial surgery. They are the best, and I did my research :)

Deanna was amazing. She provided detailed descriptions of procedures and the realistic changes they could make. I realized that in the case of fillers, injector's are artists and everyone at the Petroff Center is a great artist. Deanna was excellent choosing the best locations for fill that achieved the results I wanted.

I recently had a treatment by Deanna. She did an excellent job determining what I needed as I was unsure exactly what would work best. Her kindness and experience are unparalleled. I have had only great experiences with this office. Dr. Petroff and his staff provide wonderful care and communication, and the results are always excellent!
