I've been extremely happy to be Dr Leon Hsu's patient for many years. He and his staff are always prompt, professional, and thorough. He's always generous with his time, and I feel very well cared for.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of this clinic. I couldn't get in for a few weeks after my referral, but they sent me an email reminder and called me with regular reminders and very clear instructions. When I entered the clinic, they had a full house, but I didn't have to wait at all for my scheduled appointment, which is very refreshing for such a busy practice. My provider, I believe her name was Elena Forster, was personable and knowledgable. All of the associates, both front and back office, were kind and helpful. Thank you for making my experience great!

Dr. Song was absolutely wonderful! She ended up leaving, so my follow up care was made with a different provider. I scheduled my appointment at the front desk. Six months later as I'm getting ready to leave for my follow-up, I realized I didn't receive any reminder calls or emails. I called, and they apparently canceled my appointment with the provider that left, and didn't schedule my new follow-up appointment on the day and time I was given the last time I was there.

This was my first visit to this office. I was greeted immediately with a smile and informed what I needed to do. The wait was a bit long for they were running behind somewhat but nothing too extensive or bothersome. The doctors helper was nice and the doctor was great. She listened to what I was saying , found the problem and has started me on a treatment. She has a very happy personality combined with knowledge and compassion. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Such a pleasant office environment, always respectful and caring while extremely professional. The doctors are attentive and helpful in their care for each and every patient. My husband and I each see different doctors at this office and have referred many people to this care team.
