Providence Medical Group - Molalla

Trying to get a medication for my mom that they didn't fill last week that important 3hrs later they i keep calling after hours and they want me to drive to oregon city if my two pharmacys close are you kidding me what the..$^$^$. This is unacceptable we did are part do your part..somebody get the ball going it's that what you get paid for mom mother is 83 and shouldn't have to go thru this not okay never ever okay...do better.

Every time I have an appointment it gets canceled because the doctors can’t make it in and then I’m scheduled out for weeks/months later. This clinic sucks ass

I had a appointment for 2 months to see a new primary care physician and when I showed up to my appointment I was told they can't except any new patients and the dr. Was just filling in. So why did they make the appointment? Why didn't they call me ainstead of wasting my time after I adjusted my schedule? Very unprofessional and frustrating 😑

Sat in the office for 20 min waiting to be greeted. A lady walked in and was greeted with her first name and was helped right away. I then walked up to the window to talk to the same person. She looked at me and went right back to typing on her computer. I will drive the 20 min from now on to go to another provider.

You should probably take down the accepting new patients since I was informed this morning that it will be a 6 month wait. Extremely unprofessional.
