Part of me wants to gate keep this hidden gem location, but it’s really too good to not share. I’ve seen a few service providers at Beauty Rule and they were all wonderful, but Rachel is truly in a league of her own. Her work is twice the quality in half the time. I honestly don’t know how she does it. I don’t want anyone else to touch my brows and lashes ever again. Thanks Rachel!

I've been getting my lash extensions done at this salon for over two years and couldn't be happier! The space is immaculately clean, and my lashes always turn out perfect. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a reliable place for your lashes!

I had my lash extensions done by Rachel today- beauty rule 70. They are exactly what I wanted: natural with a hint of wisp. I appreciate how she broke down cleaning and caring for the lashes to make them last longer. Bonus: great conversation too 😊 Looking forward to going back for more things. The place has a great vibe. I had a facial done a few months back by Cheri. It was also amazing.

I’ve had two amazing experiences here. My mom and I had eyelash extensions for the first time. We got lots of help figuring out styles would work best and great information on how to prep pre and post. The lashes came out looking so natural - because they attach them lash by lash. Highly recommended.

I spend summers in Portland for work, and so naturally, I started looking around for a dedicated lash technician for whenever I’m here. I was very impressed by the owner Cherie (who is very sweet and accommodating)’s work, based on Yelp reviews and results on instagram, so I decided to give her a shot last week - and I was not disappointed! I ended up going with a light volume lash fill, as well as a quick IPL laser facial to treat minor redness on my cheeks, and she even threw in a permanent silver anklet (look at that adorable heart chain!). Beauty Collective is a full service salon, and I will definitely be returning for all my beauty needs in the future. Cherie and her team provide medical grade facials, filler and Botox, lashes, and even permanent jewelry. Loving my dainty little heart anklet and natural volume lashes!
