The office and staff are lovely, but this review is specific to Courtney. I was gifted a service for my first treatment (diamond glow facial) and was incredibly fortunate to have her perform the service. From the second I met her, I felt very comfortable. She genuinely listened to my concerns, but more importantly, understood what I hoped to accomplish. She is very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the options. She didn’t push more expensive options over less expensive options: she simply presented the facts and pointed me in directions to research on my own. This low pressure guidance has allowed me to choose and focus on what I wanted to improve most, and WOW! I’ve struggled with acne my entire life, and finally now in my late 40’s I can say I am acne free and my skin has never looked better. I am so happy with all of my results and I am excited to continue working with Courtney into the new year. My self-esteem and confidence have improved, which is truly the best part. I recently visited the office for revision and replacement of lip filler migration ( not injected at Key Laser) as well as, improving my smile lines. I was so impressed with my initial consult with Dr.Key. He has a phenomenal eye for detail. He takes his time in explaining his observations and laying out the best long term treatment plan possible. In the office I was delivered into the incredibly talented and capable hands of Ashley. Her injecting skills are unmatched and she explains every last detail and layer out every last option possible.
