I just got done with my first visit with Dr. McKeon and felt compelled to write a review because of how great she is. As a woman, I have had so many terrible medical appointments. Invalidation and apathy are par for the course, rushed appointments, etc. It was a wait to get into this clinic but it was more than worth the wait. Dr. McKeon listened to me, spent time with me, answered every question, and collaborated with me to make a plan for the best treatment based on my individual body. We have a follow up scheduled and I feel so optimistic about something that was causing anxiety and weighing me down. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Everyone in the office is professional and kind. Keri is skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate. She came up with a treatment plan at my first visit to treat my alopecia. I will happily continue to see her. I highly recommend NW Dermatology Institute.

The check-in process was prompt. My visit was for a skin check. All was done quickly and professionally. The follow-up with results happened in just a couple days. All went well including parking!

Dr. Hajar is a wonderful physician! She is kind, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She made sure that I had a good understanding of my diagnosis and treatment plan. She is a talented surgeon, and my scar is barely noticeable. Her staff is friendly, with excellent communication and follow up. I feel supported and well cared for at this clinic. Highly recommended!

We are new to Oregon and had to set up new dermatology care for our 15 year old daughter experiencing acne. We tried to call a handful of other dermatology offices in the Beaverton/Portland, but the wait time for appointments were up to a year out, or the doctors weren’t taking new patients. Dr. Hajar at NW Dermatology Institute was incredibly gracious and offered to fit our daughter in to be seen for her acne. She was starting high school and we wanted her to be seen before she started. The office is very organized and timely. We did not sit in the waiting room for more than two minutes before we were put in a room. The staff was quick to see us, answered all of our questions, and they were so amazing with my daughter. She has some anxiety when it comes to doctors and especially blood draws. The medical assistants were incredible at calming my daughter down and reassuring her that all would be well. Dr. Hajar was very professional, caring, and supportive. We walked away knowing my daughter was in great hands, and fully trusted her professional opinion and plan for my daughter’s skin. We are so glad we found this office.
