Portland Plastic Surgery Group is the absolute best. Dr. Hayes has changed my beautiful and amazing wife's life. I'm not sure how to describe how much I appreciate the the way she has been treated by the entire staff. Perfect says it best. Thank you all. If I could give them 10 stars I would, from the Initial contact all the way to my surgery they have been so incredibly professional. I knew from my consultation that Dr. Hayes was who I wanted to perform my surgery so much that I didn't even bother booking appointments with other surgeons. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, as well as all of my options to achieve the results I wanted. Leading up to my surgery I was well educated and informed on my procedure this helped the after process go so smoothly. staff is so kind and respectful, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things, don't hesitate to book your consultation, I didn't and I am very happy with my results.

I could not possibly say enough good things about Dr. Hayes and my experience with him from the consult to surgery and throughout the healing process. He is the best of the best. Equally as smart and talented as he is kind. He made me feel so comfortable through every step. I am so thrilled with my results and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Book the consult! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to any other plastic surgeon’s practice! What I’m about to say goes for everyone in the office: from the receptionist up to and including Dr. O’Brien: there is no communication between any of the staff. The staff is rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I went for a consultation with Dr. O’Brien and she refused to tell me how much these surgeries would cost at the end of the consultation. They insisted on taking pictures of me without my clothes on. It was my understanding that Dr. O’Brien would give me the costs of the surgeries after the photos were taken. After the photos were taken, I was told “Stacy” would be in touch by end of day Monday. I would not have consented to having these photos taken if I didn’t believe that they were necessary to get the cost. I never heard from Stacy. If they can’t manage my paperwork correctly, why would I trust them with my body?I took all the paperwork to the office days before the consultation and handed them to the receptionist. So, I know they had them in their possession. DO NOT GO HERE! Unfortunately, there were other things said and done in that office, by all the employees, which I now know are red flags. Nothing they said or did was common practice. I know that now b/c I’ve already had a consultation with another plastic surgeon. Stating again: go anywhere but here! One last thing::at the start of the consultation I told Dr. O’’Brien that my budget for these surgeries was $30,000- yes $30,000. I followed that up by telling her that I had looked at the cost online and it varied from $30,000- $100,000. I needed to know how much it would cost before I could schedule any surgeries. She stared at me and didn’t respond. I know this is a lot of money. I’ve needed these reconstructive surgeries done for about 10 years so I was more than willing to pay. My only conclusion is that she didn’t believe I had the funds. I am paying out of pocket. I’m not using insurance. I didn’t ask about financing options.

Dr Hayes and his team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they were warm and caring and super genuine with every step. Dr Hayes is truly an artist when it comes to breasts and has completely transformed mine into perfection. Honestly cannot say enough good things about my whole experience I would recommend them one thousand percent!!
