I love this place! I am so grateful they are here. I have been to other derms in this area and Advanced is the best by far. I always have a great experience there. The clinician is always amazing and the front desk and assistants are nice too! They are a perfect mix of professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend! :)

Told me insurance would cover my appointments and charged me $135 for a 10-minute phone call appointment. Do not use this clinic unless you either have very good insurance or no qualms about spending as much as possible on health insurance.

Is it normal for the doctor to not give any pain medication whatsoever after having cancer removed after surgery with a 5 inch incision?

I’ve walked out twice within a half hour , out of a complete lack of respect for there position. I felt more of a spa experience w/the upsell & no real Dr or professional onsite.

Will NEVER go to this clinic ever again! If you think you are seeing an actual dermatologist, you most probably are not. Nurse practioners and physician's assistants are who are seeing patients. My husband went in with a sebaceous cyst and it was an awful experience, there was a nurse practioner from another clinic that attempted to remove the sac of the cyst and had no idea what she was doing. Right as I was going to suggest they stop she went and got a physicians assistant who came in and supposedly removed the sac and left the previous woman to put stitches in. This all happened in June, my husband just had to go to an actual dermatologist and she had to remove two stitches that were left behind so hopefully now it will heal. When I questioned how experienced this person was, I was told they had a lot of experience. Apparently not! They are innept! And you are being billed for a licensed dermatologist which you are NOT getting. Pretty disgusting! Never again!
