Dr. Berry was extremely informative. She took her time to explain everything. Even covered possibilities as well as realities. It was the most thorough conversation I’ve had with a medical professional in my lifetime. I left with lots of informative for both preventative care and symptom treatment. The rest of the staff was friendly efficient and helpful. Best interaction with a professional group in a very long time. In a world and time when customer service is no longer a priority this was a very pleasant surprise and made my experience that much more enjoyable.

During my office visit on 2-27-24 everyone was polite and accommodating. Dr Pittman was great. He answered my questions and was very clear. My nurse was the best! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The ultrasound tech was very pleasant and polite. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. I would recommend this clinic to others.

Pleasantly greeted, short wait, procedure clearly explained, quick and gentle. I had a sebaceous carcinoma removed from the center of my nose. Took two cuts to get it all. I cannot say enough good things about the physician and wonderful staff! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Berry and her team. After being referred to her by an ER doctor while dealing with what I initially thought was an allergic reaction, Dr. Berry was able to provide a clear diagnosis and treatment plan — something several other doctors had struggled with. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, its causes, and how the treatment would work, all in terms that were easy to understand. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The entire team was friendly and helpful, and thanks to their expertise, I'm no longer fearful of an unexpected episode.

I don’t normally post poor reviews however need to warn people about the McMinnville front desk and billing. After an hour long procedure, I went to pay in full on a credit card. The front desk receptionist charged me $1,560, which was several hundred dollars more than what was originally quoted. I asked for a receipt and later looked at the receipt when I received an additional bill of $1,440 still owed. The receipt had another patients name on it. The receptionist had charged me $1,560. on another patients account. When I went back for my follow up appointment, the same receptionist had not scheduled me even though she had “scheduled” me for that day/time. She wanted to instead talk about the $1,440 I still owed! When I showed her the original receipt and discussed how she had charged me on another patients account she laughed! I have been calling and attempting to make payment arrangement with the main corporation since I do not feel comfortable paying with debit or credit card after what happened. They have been very unfriendly, and giving different stories with each billing rep abs always say someone will call me back but then send multiple emails and texts about my balance owed.
