Ideal Image Tigard

quoted me on a price and how many times I’d have to go in to have my desire look. Went in and they confirmed it would only be a certain number of times I’d have to go in to have my fat removed. The end of all my sessions and they were selling me on more sessions because they believe that I’d only need one more session. Went in a final time and they did the same again. Hoping to get my results so I had agreed. After all that and 4.5k spent, there were NO RESULTS. No change! I do not recommend this place as they are not honest and only try to sell you on more services. Was contacted to have my review removed for in favor of having a free service done. They didn’t want to give me what I wanted after spending 4k+ so I’m putting my review back on here.

I'm so glad my girl friend recommended me to Ideal Image for laser removal. She always looked perfect with two kids, I always wonder how she does it! So she told me her trade secrets - laser hair removal, Botox and etc! She sold it to me when she said all the staff are RN and very experienced. When booking on the phone, the front desk Mykie was very professional and personable. She did not try to sell me anything and listen to my needs and budget I was looking for. She matched me with Kirra due to my poor experience elsewhere with laser hair removal! Some places overbook, upsell, and make you wait or rushes you. They can be aggressive and abrupt with their treatment style. This is my second session here and Kirra was so great! Strongly recommend! She has such a positive and understanding personality. She explained everything very thoroughly! She can anticipate the speed and breaks you may need during the session. Definitely look forward in coming back!

Julie was amazing and fully explained not just the products but what I might expect. Her bedside manner was exactly what you look for when getting treatments. The front desk staff also was truly a gift. Customer service was A+ and they checked me in and out with zero wait and helped me understand and utilize the points I had on file. Thanks again to all the Ideal Image staff for making a very personal visit seem like a get together with friends.

I can’t say enough great things about Ideal Image in Tigard! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The team here is truly wonderful—they take the time to explain their services without being pushy or salesy, which I really appreciate. Shannon is my injector, and she is absolutely amazing! She’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes every appointment such a positive experience. I originally found Ideal Image through my Instagram feed, and I’m so glad I did. After coming here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about their clients, this is it! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Horrible laser hair removal treatment. Purchased the laser hair removal treatment for Brazilian & upper back areas. 18 months of treatment and close to $4000. I still have black hair growing. I spoke to the local manager, who took my number and never returned my call. I called back and a regional manager from Washington State finally returned my call. They never looked at the area of concerned didn't asses the areas of growth. She just said the "policy" is the lifetime pay $100 a time for touch up treatments. Which I used 3 additional times and still black hair growth. BE AWARE. They want you to continue to pay for terrible laser hair procedures and hide behind the "policy" to pay $100 per visit indefinitely. They should have done the procedure right the 1st time. I paid $4000 and went through 18 months of treatments and paid 3 additional times at $100 each additional time. No response from the company.
