I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Refined Laser! Nurse Michelle is absolutely fantastic! I’ve only had three sessions so far for laser hair removal on my legs, and the results are already amazing! The pricing is super affordable, especially for the quality of service and results you get. I’m so glad I found this place—highly recommend to anyone considering laser hair removal.

First I want to start off by saying that the facility is absolutely charming. The cleanliness is impeccable and service when you walk through the door is truly welcoming! Michelle made me feel comfortable and safe. I was super nervous because I always am nervous going to a new provider but she was AMAZING!!!! My results are awesome I wanted to wait to leave a review until I’ve had a few sessions to see how everything turned out and I love my results! She is very well verse on working with different skin completions and their technology is state of the art. I did also have my Brazilian laser done as well and absolutely loved the results. Michelle was so educational about after care of the skin to prevent any type of ingrown hair etc. If you come here you will NOT regret it! So glad they are in the neighborhood. It’s been 4 weeks since my initial session. The results are already amazing. I have had a significant reduction in hair after just one session. I do have lighter skin and dark hair which I think is a major factor, AND my experience was also so nice. I was nervous, but both Mitchell and Michelle talked me through the entire process. I highly recommend their services 🥰🥰🥰

I called Refined Laser after being quoted $6000 from other companies. Michelle gave me the most honest feedback and my package came out more than 50% less than everywhere else using the same machine. Finally, a more than reasonable med spa. On my 5th session and I am loving the results!

I was going to wait until I was finished with my treatments but wow, I really need to share this spot NOW. Refined Laser is HANDS DOWN the best laser hair removal in the greater Portland metro area! I've done laser before a few years ago and it didn't stick. Then I tried moving onto electrolysis, but since I apparently have extremely dense hair, I had done over 6 sessions (which aren't cheap) and it barely made a dent in ONE armpit. So I thought I'd give laser another shot. PRICE: First, they have the best prices around, like when you break it down they are more affordable than the big name companies AND they allow you to pay as you go/per session instead of locking you into a package and forcing you to pay up front. They also have financing available which makes laser super accessible - I didn't end up going that route, but I do appreciate the option if I later do additional packages. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Honestly, I was hooked since my first phone call with them when I booked my package. They are so friendly and welcoming, and that goes for everyone in person as well! Especially as a Black woman, I haven't always felt comfortable at other laser treatment spaces because they seemed unsure about using laser on my skin. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather they be hesitant if they don't know what they're doing than be overconfident and burn me, but it's great that Refined Laser is not only trained and confident in treating individuals with varying ranges of skin tones, but ALSO an added layer of inclusive customer service as well. 10/10 everyone on staff is a wonderful person. FACILITIES: Super clean, great decor, overall it's in a great space. I love that there's a free parking lot and is in a calm environment. The space is bright and the chairs are very comfortable. RESULTS: I am almost halfway through my first package (underarms) and I'm already blown away by the results. After the first session, I'd say hair growth was down by 50-60% and was a lot thinner. Since my hair is very thick, coarse, AND dense, I am extremely prone to in-growns and I haven't gotten ONE since starting treatment. I just recently booked two additional packages since I am overjoyed with the results. Cheers to a dolphin-smooth summer, and THANK YOU to Refined Laser. Bottom line - go here.
