She spoke candidly and thoroughly about exactly what to expect. In a short time, she had my full confidence. Ladies and Gents, she has taken another 10 years off of my face. The procedure is a bit gnarly, after all, the laser actually resurfaces the top layer of your skin- however, healing was amazingly quick-NO MORE than 4-5 days. She'll provide you with explicit instructions for home care. Follow her simple instructions. My pre existing sun damage, dark spots, and lines are completely gone-leaving my face smooth, dewy and GLOWING. I frequently go out with a good SPF and no makeup with full confidence! Dr. DeRosa has been my dermatologist for so many years. Even driving 2 hrs just to see her. Never once had I felt the need to write a review. After coming across the negative ones while scheduling an appointment, her and her staff deserved to be praised. EVERY phone call, EVERY email sent out, and EVERY visit the office have been accommodating, friendly, positive and efficient. Not to mention the office is immaculate. Dr. DeRosa is very knowledgeable, good ethics/morals, compassionate, empathetic-the list goes on.
