DWH Medical Center: Danny Hernandez, MD, MCIME

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have to Dr Hernandez and the staff at DWH Medical Center. Aixa and Elaine were truly supportive and made every effort to make sure my 5 year old was comfortable and engaged beautifully with him. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with for the first time was genuinely kind, thoughtful and nonjudgmental. I can’t say enough good things. I know it sounds crazy but they may have literally saved my life. Thank you.

I have first known of him when he was at Quakertown, and many times has been several hours late(3-4 hours). Every visit I was interrupted every couple seconds each visit. Didn't see him from 2019 til 2023, and just wanted a annual check up, not pain meds, and was asked to pee in a cup, just ridiculous if I am not on pain meds. Was then put as being difficult and rude because i said I feel it would be unneserry to pee in a cup. Go into that back room, I see and take a picture of a memo on door that stated pain meds will no longer be perscribed for more the 7 days as of April. 2023. Found this funny being back in 2019 he said he wont be able to fill my meds . So found that funny. So several months ago again same nonsense.Pay first waited over 50 minutes lobby then in small room. Hear man that wasnt even in waiting lobby and then seen after his time with this visitor. The worst one was 3 months ago. Showed up 20 minutes early, no patients at all, and my husband drove me their due to my pain so bad had a hard time walking even again waited well over an hour in this little room, and see 5 people walking by window and 5 people left while I am waiting for my visit i paid cash up front for and a appointment, and was so confused and not understanding why I was treated with such deafness was just incomprehensible to me. NEVER had opioid problems or took more then thirty days, and will NEVER refuse a blood test or pee or hair follicle to prove I have never had issues with drugs or alcohol. Doctor even seemed annoyed and seemed like I was wasting his time when he came in room I got only 8 minutes of his time ). The messed up part is no doctor ever physically checks their patients anymore, and no patient should feel like their doctor is disgusted and wasting their time. Yeah gave me antidepressants and 30 days of a light weight opioid, but still have2 pills left of the opioid of 30 days. Below response..... So you purposely jeopardized a disabled person in severe pain because you claim your patients care & safety is your first priority, omg,lol. It was exactly 4 years, and was not looking to get pain meds at first visit. You could of explained that to me in person and I would of peed for you, but instead I got a very disgusted attitude about how mean I was, and was bent way out of proportion. Just was not ok with the lack of empathy for my pain I was in and the wait made me want to puke and pas out.

I have been seeing Dr. Hernandez for roughly 10 years now. Not many places would make me feel comfortable in my care as they do. I know that no matter what they have my best interest at heart and im happy to have found his practice.

I’ve been going to DWH for awhile now and had little to no issue's, even when there has been an issue. It has always been resolved rather quickly. Staff and Dr. Hernandez have always been friendly and professional. Schedule with them today, to find out for yourself the positive experiences that I have endured for quite sometime.

Professional, great attitude every visit. Appointments are fast so you’re not waiting for over 30 minutes. Most of the time they are good with getting your medication sent to pharmacy.
