Refused to help with my prescription while I transitioned to Florida after having been a patient for YEARS. Assured me they would fill my medicine and even wrote the refill for me. Then because my insurance changed and they would need to do extra work with a prior authorization they refused, despite my psoriasis drastically declining and knowing it would take much longer to get my medicine with my new dermatologist. They could care less about you the second they aren’t making money off of you. Definitely do not recommend!!

Dr. Kerstetter is awesome. She was very caring and thorough. She took time to explain everything. I would highly recommend her. All the staff was excellent.

I was sent to a new associate of hers in bedford and told she would eventually be here in Altoona. Wrong. She was clear she will.not be anywhere but Everett. She was to do a body scan for moles instead she just asked me where I noticed any and froze them. She missed at least 6 and the areas she froze look the same or worse. If this is her associate, I'll go elsewhere thank you.

They say they take your insurance then you get there and they say we don’t take your insurance. Train the help better!

She was very nice and full of lots of knowledge. She helped my skin issues alot. Thank you for your help.
