I came here to get a MiraDry treatment and was very happy I traveled the extra distance. -Lauren and the reception team were very helpful through my multiple calls and inquiries. They were always friendly and patient. -The pricing was straightforward and fair. A lot of the clinics with MiraDry play games with the pricing and treat it like Botox where in reality, it's a medical treatment that people need and don't want unless it's necessary. I appreciated the standard price which was competitive particularly for new patients. -Jamie and Chelsea who provided the treatment were very friendly and accommodating. Time flew by and it felt painless for the most part.

In the summer of 2023 I was diagnosed with stage 3 Lipedema. The Mainline Health Wellness Practice suggested several specialist to perform my liposuction, and I chose Dr. Falcone. I had 4 individual liposuction procedures during that Fall and Winter (butt & saddle bags, thighs, arms & tummy, calves). The results have been truly amazing! Dr. Falcone and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, accessible and supportive. They provided me guidance on what to expect at each stage of the procedure and recovery. They are continuing to monitor my progress through and post my recovery. They have been a very critical partner in my health journey and I highly recommend Dr. Falcone and her team.

I can't speak to the cosmetic side of things, but for functional medicine this office waste your time and money with multiple appointments and expensive tests which are ultimately not helpful. After much time and money I was told to eat better and take supplements. The supplement company is a good one, but for the money you're better off reading the medical medium guidelines and doing it yourself. It was also very difficult to get a response from her office and for $200/appointment that's frustrating. I also, similar to the other reviews, witnessed her belittling staff.

Dr. Falcone is awful to her staff. I have witnessed her speak down and yell at her staff in the treatment rooms. It's sad, I can't image what those ladies go through on a daily basis. If you schedule here, you get over 10 appt reminders unnecessarily.
