Clean and courteous staff. It's for cosmetology professionals...COSMO PROF. If you don't have a license you shouldn't be practicing in Pennsylvania and have access to professional tools used in salons. That's a liability. Sally's is a great place open to the public if you're looking to buy beauty essentials for yourself.

Be aware. This store can only be shopped at by licensed professionals. After shopping around and ready to check out was then told that I must have a cosmetology license to be able to buy there. There isn’t even a sign in the store stating that the store is only for licensed professionals.

I always have the best experience at this CosmoProf location. The girls who work there are always so helpful. The shelves are always orderly and typically stocked, unless a shipping delay occurs… by no fault of the staff. Super knowledgeable and patient!

WARNING! I drove 27 mins from Albrightsville only to find out that this store is NOT open to the public. You can only purchase there if you're a licensed beautician/cosmetologist!
