St. Luke's Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery - Bethlehem

Dr. Lam did the reconstruction for my double mastectomy and I could not be more happy and pleased with the results. We did under the muscle implants and they healed well, feel great and look very natural. Cannot recommend this office and this doctor enough!

So very Grateful for Dr. Martinez. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable Dr. with a fantastic bed side manner. He listened to all my concerns and confidently eased my worries. I couldn’t be happier right now, all thanks to him. I would highly recommend him as well as his team. He is truly one of the best.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!! 2 weeks ago took Mom for a consultation. Called to tell them we would be 15 minutes late due to traffic. We got there, 12 minutes late, and we were told they had to reschedule because we were not on time. Okay, not happy since I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Fast forward to today...appointment was at 3. Got there in the building, at 2:38. 15 minutes later they put us in a room, 45 minutes later, still not seen by the doctor. Walked out. If I could give a ZERO, I would!

The person in charge of speaking with the insurance companies doesn't go above and beyond for the customer. I found another doctor who has wonderful staff and is willing to go the extra mile. Some things the insurance company wants to hear from the doctors office, not the patient! Edit to original - I have since had my best reduction with Dr. Manny Iyer and I'm very happy and satisfied with the results!
