I really like Emily and anyone who I’ve seen for treatments. I’m disappointed in my experience trying to schedule procedures. After I was finished my appointment with Emily today I tried to schedule laser treatments with front desk staff Casey. Unfortunately, Casey wasn’t helping me schedule those appointments. She was confused about how to schedule me for the appointments that required Lisa to be there on the same day as Emily. She looked at me for help and I wouldn’t know the details of how those appointments need to be scheduled and if she was unsure she should have asked someone or Emily, or even suggested she’d give me a call later to discuss it after getting clarification. She was also dismissive and wouldn’t help me and kept trying to suggest that I don't schedule the laser procedures. I tried to make it clear that I wanted to schedule them but she was begrudgingly looking for dates. I ended up leaving and called back for help. When I called back I got scheduled but unfortunately I don’t think the dates will work since Emily will be out on maternity leave during one of the dates. I think there is confusion at front desk and wish someone would check with Emily. I called back again and Casey picked up. I explained to Casey that Emily would be away during the time I’m scheduled and Casey didn’t care and didn’t help reschedule me for when Emily wouldn’t be away. She clearly didn’t want to help me and when I requested to schedule a consultation with Emily for the laser treatment so I could get help from her in person to schedule, Casey kept refusing to schedule me. Eventually she reluctantly scheduled me but it’s hard to trust that she even put me on the schedule since she’s been so unhelpful. I hope I’m scheduled to come back in person since I do want to get the laser treatments. It’s unfortunate that it’s been so difficult to schedule the appointments. I have to drive 45 minutes just to talk to Emily and have her help me schedule things. I wish this could be done over the phone. I’ve been coming to Cirillo Cosmetics since 2009 and have never had anyone besides Casey act so disrespectful and unhelpful. In the past other receptionists have been so helpful. I specifically recall the lady with the English accent always being very nice and helpful.

Lisa was perfection. So professional and personable. I received full details of my procedure and felt calm & supported in making my decision to move forward. Highly recommend.
