I'm grateful to Dr. Melody Kniess and her staff for working with me today. They listened to my concerns, talked through my options with me, efficiently performed the agreed-upon procedure, and scheduled a follow-up in a month to ensure it resolves. I realize working with anxious patients can be difficult, and I appreciate her taking the time to help me understand. I will aim to schedule with her going forward.

The staff is nice but as far as the doctors goes, well they are ain't as good as most doctors that I went to. U call in with a problem and they take their sweet time to get back to you but of course this butler health system for u. If you ain't got the best health insurance money can buy, they all push u aside. If u have the government insurance you're last to the care.

I had a procedure done at the dermatologist with Dr. Pomerantz, she is so professional, I was nervous but she was so kind and we ended up talking and laughing the whole time that before I knew it the procedure was done, painless and quick. The staff is super nice and friendly always when I go into the office.😃

1 rash for 5 months, 2 prescriptions, 3 office visits, 2 physician assistants, and the rash remains??

I keep calling but it won't go thru 😡
