LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Twin Rose

I showed up for my 3 o’clock appointment 15 minutes early like they ask me to do. I had a fever and flu symptoms so they made me wear a mask while I waited. I also ride a bike to the appointment and it’s 16 degrees outside so I’m wearing layers overalls and a carhart jacket. After watching 5 groups of people show up late for their appointments and go straight back I asked why? And was told that people with real problems would be seen first and I would have to wait. This isn’t an ER where the worst case should take priority this is a scheduled appointment and if they can’t keep their appointment times make them wait around not the people who did what they were supposed to. Why am I punished for someone else’s mistake. Meanwhile they received immediate care. And I got so upset I had to walk out and now won’t be seen at all. Disgraceful practice

I'll be changing offices for my toddler after trying to make an appt for my newborn. Called at 9 am to make an appt as I'm being discharged, and they want to check my babys bilirubin levels 1 more time, twin rose claimed they put me in as "high priority" but I've waited all day for a call when they said I'd get one by now, and they're almost closed. Clearly not worried about a newborn or the words "high priority"

The only doctor’s office where you actually feel cared for, and where people make an effort. This place is amazing and the people who work here are true life savers! I’m so thankful I made Twin Rose Columbia my family doctor years ago, and left the HORRIBLE nightmare of a practice that is ‘manor family health center in millersville.’
