Dr. Shovlin did a great job on my eyelid surgery! I had minimal swelling and barely any bruising afterward, and the stitching looked great. I did pop a few stitches on the first day, but he met me at the office later that evening to stitch me back up:)

Dr. Shovlin is an amazing medical practitioner and surgeon. His surgery on my left eye for ptosis that I'd had since childhood managed for the first time in 65 years to have my eye lids align and my "lazy eye" no longer so evidently low. One expects a surgeon to do their job well, but Dr. Shovlin exceeds expectations, talking you through what to expect, making sure recovery is proceeding as it should and in all ways being what is so rare in these days of our healthcare crisis: a caring and engaged medical professional.
