Dr Davis is good, and Natasha is amazing. The reception use to be good, idk what happened. Talked to someone on the phone about records being transferred and the woman I spoke to (after I spoke with someone prior to her who was very nice) was cold and had a bad attitude. It's sad because the nursing staff and doctors are good, but the receptions attitude will definitely turn new patients away. I know it would to me.
I have been so satisfied with this practice. I never write reviews or even think about it but I just think the doctors and nurses here are so caring about their patients and actually question you and are concerned with how you’re feeling, that I had to. I see Natasha Worthington most often and she has exceeded my expectations of any doctor or nurse. I have also seen Dr. Davis and was pleased with his care as well. I am a Medicaid patient and often feel less cared for or looked down on and I have never felt even remotely close that here. I tell everyone to come to this office if they want to get personal, effective care!
The PA, Natasha Worthington, is absolutely AWESOME! She is the reason I go to this doctor's office but the front desk staff are HORRIBLE - they hardly ever answer the phone and when they do - they are rude and not knowledgeable. One time I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk said and I quote, "What's your problem?" They have sent prescriptions to the pharmacy for me without even letting me know what they are for or give me test results. When I called to inquire about the prescriptions, the response was "It was positive" - Positive for WHAT? They don't understand their job and genuinely seem not to care at all! If you can deal with the front desk staff to see Natasha I would recommend it. I saw Dr. Davis once and he's a good doctor, just really weird.
Allow me to update on some of the complaints about the front desk. They are great, whatever problems existed before have been resolved. Dr. Davis himself is fantastic. He's very kind and listens intently. Also, the new building and facilities are really nice. The x-ray office is right across the hall. All in all, I'm happy with Dr. Davis as well as the rest of my family.
Natasha is great! Dublin Medical's front desk clerk, she is not a medical receptionist because she is inconsiderate, insensitive & inhumane. My husband & I had a horrible experience this afternoon. My husband & I both have been established patients of the practice for over 5 years. Patients of the practice longer than the rude desk clerk has worked there. My husband stayed home from work sick yesterday & today. This morning, I realized it is highly likely that he has strep throat. His throat feels like shards of glass, so I called our pcp, Dublin Medical, to schedule a sick visit. They scheduled him for a telehealth apt & said they needed a negative covid test result emailed to them prior to his apt. Ok, understandable. I called back to switch the telehealth apt to an office visit since you can not test for strept with a telehealth apt. I was told that once they received a negative test result, they would change the apt to an official office visit. My husband took a covid test & we sent the negative results. His apt was scheduled for today, Friday, at 3:40 pm with Natasha. The desk staff called us when we were 9 minutes away to let us know my husband needed to select them as his pcp with his health insurance before they could see him. He did select his pcp for his health insurance but it must not have captured. This apt has been scheduled since 11:50am, they waited until 9 minutes prior to the apt to let us know. We were not having an easy time reaching his insurance company at first & the first thing the desk clerk says to us is, "We close at 4." I asked for him to be seen as self pay, she said it will cost $112 cash/$119credit card. I asked to pay half, she said no. I told her, I don't understand why? That's how they charge me as self pay, $60 upfront & bill me for the rest. We did end up getting a hold of the insurance company. Then the desk clerk said, "oh, well, 15 minutes late he needs to reschedule anyway. We were not late. Again, she states they close at 4 with an attitude. I said, "yes, you close at 4 & it's Not 4 yet." It's Friday, they will be closed for the weekend & my husband is severely in need of an antibiotic. Now he is going to have to go to an urgent care & be charged an arm and a leg since his insurance requires referrals to see anyone besides his pcp. Strep throat can be contagious for about 2-3 weeks in individuals who are not taking antibiotics. However, individuals who do take antibiotics for strep throat usually are no longer contagious about 24- 48 hours after initiating antibiotic therapy. Now that my husband has not seen Natasha for his sick apt, he is without an antibiotic. Now, it has a much higher chance of spreading to our young children & myself. The particularly rude desk staff provided us with multiple excuses of why my husband wouldn't be seen. She was ready to leave & she made that very clear. Her statements to me were unprofessional & inappropriate. Very unpleasant experience, very rude, and there was no courtesy at all. It's sad that she is employed with Dublin Medical.
