Penn Highlands Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery

In January, it was one year since I had got breast implants. To say I am pleased with my results would be an understatement. Dr.Rice was professional, kind, and comforting. He's also a perfectionist who takes his time. I knew I would be in good hands. I would go back to him without hesitation if I were to ever choose to have any other form of plastic surgery. And God forbid myself or any member of my family would ever need reconstructive surgery, again without hesitation I would choose him. He is amazing at what he does.

Dr. Rice and all of his staff were absolutely lovely. They made sure I was safe and happy during what was a very stressful last minute surgery. I know I was in the best hands possible and couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else.

Near impossible to get an appt. I had to schedule over a month outn and in the day of the appt they canceled and rescheduled for two week later. On the day if THAT appt they called and canceled and scheduled a MONTH out!
