Nicole is the absolute best at what she does! She is so sweet and bubbly! She takes her job seriously and continues to educate herself on the latest and greatest. After about a year of research into lip filler, pricing, different spas in my area, etc; I decided to book with Spectrum Beauty Medspa. It was THE BEST choice EVER! Having a fear of needles and the procedure in general, Nicole went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She went over my hoped outcome, things I wanted to avoid, all the fine details of the lip filler procedure- good and bad, and all the fine details of aftercare. Nicole never rushed the appointment at all. She took her time with every step, making me feel at utmost importance! Pain management is a priority for her, which is great! Nicole’s bubbly personality and contagious laughter kept the atmosphere stress free, fun, and trustful! The cherry on top was after the appointment, she does a check in just to make sure everything is still going good. I can’t be any more pleased with my results and experience. I've been to different med spas, and Spectrum is by far the best. Nicole does such a thorough job explaining every step, the reason for each step, and ensuring you as the patient are comfortable and aware of what's going on. I will only go to Nicole for the my services for now on! She has gone above and beyond taking care of me when another agency in the area royally screwed up. I'm forever grateful and appreciative of her and Spectrum for their help.

Nicole is a Queen. I trust her 10000% with my face. I’ve had Botox, Jeuveau, and lip filler. Her focus is on enhancing natural features, never creating a “fake” look. She is honest, and offers expert advice. I’ve never had a more thorough consultation. She educated me so I understood why and how she was placing injections where she was.
