I had the worst experience with this office. I schedule an appointment to see what could cause my lashes to fall out and treatment options. This doctor looked at me for 2mins and referred me back to my primary. I went to my primary doctor and told them what the dermatologist told me and they told me that’s interesting because she has to refer me back to a dermatologist for this since it’s skin related. Then the dermatologist office had the tenacity to send me a bill after they did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue and I had to find another skin doctor to assist with assessing, diagnosing and providing treatment
Well I went in even tho the place was kind of dinggy and waited for a hour got in and scrapped, knowing it was cancer. The office had to have another appointment to tell me it was and booked surgery in Allentown Pennsylvania. Well it's 1:00 and my appointment was 9 am. I called at 11:20 to see what was going on since I should have been the first patient and THEY ARE HAVING COMPLICATIONS. It's now 1 in the afternoon and YOU don't fit intoy schedule now! I have another appointment tomorrow in jersey and will get BETTER SERVICE! POOR POOR POOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
Dr. Tim, and his assistant were very polite and listened to my concerns. Got treated and was quite satisfied with t Not having wait after the necessary paperwork was completed.
I can't say we haven't had some decent visits but the last episode was bad enough that the doctor who made the business decision to have their team lie to us deserves this one star review First off they changed apps and their links didn't work and when you went to the site to make an account it took you to a blank page. So when we show up we have no idea that we needed a referral and it looks like our time is wasted. But i said to the receptionist look my daughter just needs her acne refill please help She goes in the back and says no worries they are going to send your refills tomorrow 3 days later no refills and i get a call saying the "Doctor" overruled the MA and we need to come back in. Thanks for lying and wasting our time doc. We will go somewhere else
Zero stars!! Run fast away!! Booked an appointment several months prior, Arrived on time at 7:45 AM only to be told that the PA office could not accept my insurance, even though Dr. Kelly is on my list of providers! Never once in the multitude of messages and confirmations did anyone raise concern about the insurance information that I previously provided. The manager firmly and quickly passed the blame on to the call center. Not even an apology, just that they dropped the ball. They refused to provide me help even though I have a serious dermatology issue that I waited a long time to be seen for and now I have to wait much longer. But who cares right! They “tried” to see if they could book an appointment at another location in NJ, close to two hours away…during rush hour. Literally just had to walk away after that. I am also a business owner and God forbid I did this to any of my clients, I would be given a negative review and rightfully so! I am sure they won’t even reply to this review. All they care about is making sure they get $$$$$
