Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Flourtown

After 10+ years of working with Advanced Dermatology I was very dissatisfied with their office staff this week. I received three text massages confirming my appointment at thier 501 Office Center Drive location in Fort Washington. When I arrived I was told my Doctor/appointment were in the Flourtown Office. The office staff offered no apologies, no explanations, no consideration for the inconvenience or loss of my time. They simply shrugged. This is the second time in the past three months there has been a ‘mix up’ with the location of an appointment for my family.

I've had excellent experiences here over the past 2 years. I really appreciate the ease of scheduling and I've been able to get a few same day appointments which is helpful during flare ups. They really focus on developing a treatment plan to address the issue and staff are very attentive.

This practice is professional, diligent, client friendly, which makes for a very positive experience. I have been going to them for many years for my annual skin check.

I had my first visit with PA Jared Luke and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to carefully examine my concerns. What impressed me most was his compassionate approach?he listened to all of my questions and provided clear answers. I left the appointment feeling confident in the care I received. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring dermatology professional, I highly recommend Jared Luke! His assistant was awesome as well as front staff! Thank you again, Jared and staff.
