Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had while in a surgical setting. From Reception to the Nurse Donna who got me prepped and ready, to the anesthesiologist, to the post op Nurses who wheeled me out to the car. I was absolutely terrified! And the tears started rolling as soon as the IV went in because I knew it was only a matter of time. But the women in this facility went above and beyond to keep me calm and as comfortable as possible. I’ll never forget my experience here. Thank you Ladies!

Had my first Cataract Surgery end of March. I was a little nervous but that went away after the first 5 minutes of being there. Sharon and Trish made me feel at easy and talked me through the whole procedure. The whole Staff was kind and friendly. Will be back for my second surgery soon.

I had wisdom teeth removed today - I warned the staff that I'm resistent to a lot of oral pain meds and that they might need to be more heavy with anesthesia, because any cavity I've had filled in the past I've always been 100% aware for. The novocain just takes longer to kick in for whatever reason. Anyway, cue me waking up before they're fully done with surgery and I can feel them digging around in my jaw while I'm trying to groan that I'm awake as they're suturing up my gums. That felt horrible! I'm so glad I only have to get wisdom teeth out once if the anesthesia dosing here does such a poor job of listening to their clients. If your patient can talk before you're even done taking out impacted teeth, there's a damn problem!

My experience was such a positive one. I’ve been going through a hard time with the loss of family members and diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, going to my first appointment in 2020 for my lung transplant to be told I have lung cancer. 2021- chemo radiation etc. So when I was told I have cataract It was a relive. From my first meeting with Dr. Roth and staff at his office was such a good experience. However the experience I just went through with SSC was beyond wonderful. Your staff from the first person, Kim at the reception desk, to the staff in the back are fabulous and not only professional but so very caring. Thank you all for making this journey peaceful, respectful and painless. A Big Thank you the Dr.. the colors and detail I now can see again is beautiful. Best Cindy

This facility is staffed with professional, caring, knowledgeable individuals who are always friendly, helpful and kind! They definitely get a 5 star review! The reason I gave 4 stars was because of the waiting involved in getting a procedure done at this facility. At least 5 people are scheduled to arrive at the same time which puts you in a pecking order for when your procedure will be done. If you get there first at say 8am, then most likely you will have your procedure done first before the other 4 people that arrived at the same time, if all goes well. At other facilities, you have your own scheduled appointment time, so a lot less waiting. But overall I was very satisfied with the care I received! Great people working there!
