I had an appointment today for a skin tag removal. I had never had this done before, and was pretty nervous. They were awesome ! I was in and out very fast with no pain! Thank you so much for making my experience a good one!

Thank you for such a wonderful experience I had while having my cancer removed with Mohs Surgery on my face. I was very ANXIOUS and NERVOUS. The entire staff from the front office to everyone in the back were wonderful. They were professional but very compassionate and very calming. Dr Iorizzo was very thorough explaining everything that would take place. He put me at ease and I knew I could trust him to take very good care of me. Dr Iorizzo , Shannon, Jackie and Stacy were all so concerned that I was doing well and was relaxed during the entire procedure. I was very surprised how fast and how smoothly everything was coordinated for me while each patient was being taken care of at the same time I was having surgery. Last week my son arrived six minutes late for an appointment and was required to reschedule. I understand. He was late and they have a schedule to keep. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment today. I was still waiting 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I inquired at the office about the delay and was quoted a different appointment time (15 minutes later) than the time originally scheduled. I waited an additional 20 minutes and was still not seen by the doctor. I understand things happen and sometimes you just have to wait to see a doctor. This felt more like poor scheduling/not caring about my time. Our family has received OK care here, but I won't waste anymore time with this practice.

I met Dr. Pendharker yesterday for the first time and found him to be knowledgeable, caring, professional and patient about explaining things that concerned me. As a clinician myself of almost 30 years I found this quite comforting and helpful. I feel very confident in the information and support he provided me and would be very happy to return to see him again if needed. Thank you very much.

My physician sent a referral for me to be seen here. I missed their call while traveling for the holidays. When I returned from traveling, I called them back and they said that they would not still have the referral and declined to even check if that was the case.
