Brinton Lake Dermatology

I have been going to Brinton Lakes for over a decade. The docs, nurses and PAs are amazing. As several have already mentioned, the front office staff are rude and judgmental. If you can get past the front desk staff to the practice itself it’s well worth it. But the front desk definitely could use some training on professionalism.

Bad experience from start to finish.. front desk beyond rude. they were much better before they got so busy. Quality control clearly a problem. Also no male doctor? Full body exam with a female doctor and a female medical assistant in the room at the same time.. just odd. I would advise you to find a different practice. Update: Staff extremely rude. Never got statements and was threatened to be sent to collections. DO NOT COME HERE

I have been going to this office for a few years now, and have been very happy. Recently I met Dr. Shiner. She is an expert in her field and at the top of her game. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area. All of the technicians and support staff has been very professional and supportive as well from the front desk to the technicians.

We arrived for back to back appointments. The lady at the desk told us we did not have appointments, although my appointment card said we did. The office was about to close. She kept insisting that we had cancelled these appointments. She claimed that the office manager called and spoke to both my spouse and I, in June and that we cancelled. That never happened. I even double checked the voicemail on cell phone and home phone, nothing on either. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before calling them liars, as they did with me. It took us 90 minutes to drive there, which we would never do if we had cancelled. We loved Theresa and she was the only reason that we put up with this rude staff as long as we did. I tried to call the office manager this morning to discuss it with her, she never answered. I just remained on hold. I am sorry that there isn’t a rating lower than 1 star. Not going back!!

My family and I have been going here for years and the doctors are great…. However the office staff have become the absolute rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in any office ever. Never heard people so rude in my life as if me calling to make an appointment is somehow an inconvenience to them and for some reason warrants an attitude and being snippy, condescending, and just disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Will absolutely never have me or my family go back ever again. Absolutely no way. Not worth being hassled by the gate keepers to be seen by a doctor. No thanks! 👋🏻 I strongly encourage you to seek elsewhere.
