Went in for a breast reduction consult...I was so nervous (about the whole process, being exposed, photographed, even the conversation), but the entire staff (from the front office staff to the doctor) were so friendly and kind and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Lazzaro explained the entire process, options, potential outcomes...everything. I felt like we were old friends by the time I left & any unease I felt was completely gone.

the staff was fantastic and kind, but the surgeon was misogynistic and refused to listen to the wants of the patient and refused to operate outside of his personal tastes and what he thinks looks good.
