Everything went smoothly and fine. The woman at the front desk who helps with the procedures, is very, very nice! I just had my second IPL, but nothing happened. I don't even have one single red mark on my face. It's not even burning in the least bit! It looks and feels like nothing happened at all. Which is very confusing because I know the procedure went exactly the same as the 1st! I don't have a single mark on my face or any burning feeling... nothing The photo attached is from 24 hours after the IPL.. That's how I looked immediately after I left the office, and that's how I look now. Not a single red blotch! I wonder why?... Also, they're more expensive than any others in that area, and unfortunately, he doesn't offer packages. I went elsewhere and had great service AND PRICE!

I just had my 2nd IPL treatment and i was treated with a lot of respect and care. Dr. Qazi and Zo made all the arrangements for me to be comfortable as much as possible. They did a good job in trying to make my pain very minimal. As most of treatments like this, there's always a bit of pain, but Dr.Qazi was very careful. Calm and assure of making me comfortable.

It was my first time ever getting a facial. Zo was amazing she listened to everything I said and recommended the best treatment for my skin. I would recommend Zo to everyone. She was perfect would definitely book again

Larysa is the best. I have done multiple sessions of laser with her and she has proven herself to be the best! I definitely recommend laser sessions with her. She is an expert!
