Incredibly disappointed in this “clinic.” Two nights in a row we were turned away because they weren’t accepting anymore patients due to “overwhelming volume” yet there were three employees sitting behind the counter talking with an empty lobby. The first night, we were locked out. The second night, we walked inside, took a number, sat down and proceeded to wait for at least five minutes. During that time a patient had left after being seen. We continued to sit and wait until FINALLY one of the three women behind the counter rudely told us they weren’t accepting anymore patients tonight and that there’s a sign on the door. It was quite the joke and honestly I’ve never been so disgusted in a medical facilities behavior.

I've been taking my family here for years Every doctor we've ever had has been very nice It is the check-in staff who are down right miserable. When your sick and not feeling well this is not how you want to be treated. The hours 9-9 and location is convenient is why we continue to go here Although went there several times in evening and they actually have the lights turned down so people think they are closed If you go at night walk up ring the bell and make them do their job They definitely need customer service skills or people who know how to treat the public with respect

We had a very scary and stressful situation with our 2 year old daughter. When I came in the staff was kind and very understanding. We were seen within 10 minutes and Della was very compassionate towards both of us and had the situation under control quickly. We can’t thank them enough for all their help!

The Reseptionist and other staff in the office with her were extremely rude and acted as if doing her job was a huge inconvenience for her!! They had the nerve to make fun of the patient causing them to feel uncomfortable and disrespected! Such lack of professionalism is disgusting and should be grounds for Immediate termination! The doctor was the only decent person during the visit!

My husband was seen last evening, the check in staff were efficient, the nurse was delightful, she did her job well and was pleasant, explaining all questions, Della Werner NP was also a delight, kind and efficient, explaining everything, we were in and out in an hour
