WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. My fiancé and I called MULTIPLE times over multiple weeks to find out basic preliminary information about services, costs of services, and to potentially make an appointment. The staff refused to call us back for weeks. I called for a last time and was told “we called you twice and emailed you.” When I simply replied that we received no phone call or email, I was informed that “our employee is not a liar” and STlLL was not given any information about their facility. Then I was hung up on. I have never received such horrific customer service in my life. If this is how they treat potential new customers, I can only imagine the quality of patient care. They just lost thousands of dollars of potential business and two potential new customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

the people of Jeannette PA have no idea what a gold mine they have here.. i've been getting treatment here for months and it is top notch, well organized, clean and holistic. Dr Gallagher is a superstar in his knowledge of true health and wellness and especially lyme disease which is what brought me here. A++
