Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - King of Prussia

If you're white, you're alright to go here, but I wouldn't recommend it! It was my first time here and meeting this doctor. And within 5 minutes of meeting, instead of Gabriel being kind and helpful, all he could do was try and humiliate me. He automatically assumed I was on medicaid, but I thought everyone knew that it was mainly white ppl receiving welfare benefits. He told me to lose weight with no blood work or other pertinent facts or information about me. I'm not mad, but don't just say anything. He only knows how to prescribe medication with more harmful side effects than helpful benefits. You truly have to do your research and find the "best doctors" or try to heal yourself. I can't take a man trying to be a woman serious. You know nothing about our bodies, let alone a black woman body. 🗣Find another place! That doctor doesn't know how to treat patients or treatment planning.

I highly recommend this office. I have seen other dermatologists in the past about the same issue. Dr. Gabriel Isaza⁠-⁠Gonzalez was the first one that knew what was going on. It’s is the first time that what was going on made sense. Every one at the office was great to deal with. When I called for the appointment I was able to see him the same day I called.

Dr. Gabriel Isaza⁠-⁠Gonzalez is the best dermatologist I have had both in ability/knowledge/skill and in care for his patients. It is clear that he respects people's concerns, money, and time, and he has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for me. I highly recommend him and suggested him to family, who also highly regard him since visiting.

I have been going to advanced dermatology for over 6 years now. I was originally seeing Sarah Hamburger and she spotted my melanoma at a visit for my son's eczema. She was the BEST! After the removal of my melanoma from Fox Chase Cancer I realized Sarah had left the practice. They would not inform me where she went to. I sucked it up and went to a different dermatologist in the practice. She has since left. I was having a recent skin issue and they could not find my new insurance upon arrival. They obviously knew this before I drove 40 minutes each way. The woman at the front desk informed me they could not see me even if I paid out of pocket. I will never return to the practice because of this incident. Glad they care about their frozen faces instead of serious issues their patients face.

Their front desk receptionist gave me an attitude over the phone for something they got wrong over billing? And when I tried to explain it I got “I literally took care of it okay” yeah okay. Won’t ever go back to them
