Kaaya Medical Spa

They have a lot of turnover with the employees. They cancel and reschedule appointments a lot. A few times they have cancelled with 15 minutes of my appointment (when I'm in the parking or as I'm walking into the spa). A few times I have been in there and if the front desk girl isn't there, no one else will help or even come out to take my name and say we will be right with you. I wish this place was more reliable because its very convenient to me (even though its pricey) but now i go to oxford valley or NJ to get my services done.

I don't understand how they can run a business. The phone number on their website is wrong. Another number that was given to me, doesnt get picked up. No one returns your call. The only positive thing is the lady who performs the laser hair removal is really good.

Horrible place!!!Horibble Manager/Owner!!!I was their client for 2 years and now i will give my business to another spa!!6 weeks ago i finished all my lazer bikini sessions and agreed to take 6 more of bikini and 6 of legs for a specific price (they had this price for all 2 years) and today when i came in the lady told me that “hey we changed our prices”!!!This is not ok to treat your clients like that,nobody gave me a call,nobody send me an email sayin “ hello we are changing our prices,our policy!Are you ok with that?”They dont care about their clients,they just want to take your money!I wanted to talk to a manager and explain to her that i live 50 minutes away but i still choosing your place but she never picked up her phone.....horrible horrible just horrible place!!!! The lady who does lazer just amazing,she knows what she does!!!The girl from front desk has an attitude and just doesnt know how to communicate with clients!!!

I had my lashes done here and they came out very nice. Long and glamorous without looking fake. Looking forward to going back for a facial soon!

I am really happy that I chose to go to Kaaya Med Spa. The service was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly. They did a great job with my facial and botox injection. Will be back soon!
