Would not recommend this office! My daughter has been seen by Matt Dettra for her acne. After trying various topicals with limited success he prescribed accutane and that is where the troubles began. My daughter was supposed to do a pregnancy test to get into the program and upload it somewhere on the portal but his nurse did not know how to set up the access to the portal and had to call someone else to help. She then brought us the iPledge papers to sign, and when I asked her if I have filled the papers correctly, she acted like she had never seen these papers before and did not know what to say. I filled the papers to the best of my knowledge and we left the office. Next day, this nurse called me and left a message saying that I had to come back because I did not fill the papers correctly! She also mentioned that I could either come back next day to fix them, or do it as the 30 day appt! This made no sense to me at all, because unless we sign the iPledge papers first, there would be no need to come back in 30 days. Coming back in 30 days and signing the papers then would have meant that the treatment would have been delayed by two months, because after you sign the papers you are supposed to wait 30 days. And lastly, Matt did not tell us that the birth control is mandatory while on the accutane! We were given this information at the new dermatology practice that we switched to.

I had a new patient appointment today with Matt and he was very polite and professional and knowledgeable. The staff is very nice and was helpful when I told them my email link to set up my account didn’t work they had it fixed in no time. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. My appointment was only about 20 minutes total but Matt did a thorough job. He also explained everything to me before doing anything and was very respectful. Will definitely be coming back in the future for my skin care needs!

Dr. Casper was friendly and competent. I felt very confident in the care I was receiving. I also liked the person staffing the front desk. She was welcoming and efficient, a great combination. Making the transition from a doctor I had for many years to someone new was not something I was looking forward to. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a pleasant and comfortable experience. Thank you!

Last mint went to his office Rash developed and got worse as day progressed. Face ,neck. Not one person would see me The red hair lady at desk told me If I get worse go to er.

I went here today as a new patient and I highly recommend. The staff are so polite and welcoming. I saw Dr. Kasper and he is awesome! He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and I left with peace of mind. Thank you for a great experience :)
