Fast, friendly service. Employees were experienced and personable. The closest location to me is 45 minutes from my home/work. The check in process seemed to be a challenge for a few older patients there, but they were just given a number if the process was not completed properly. Having photo id and insurance card out to get checked in saves time. I found the process fast/efficient, but can see where someone who doesn’t work with computers would struggle. Got in within 5 minutes of my appointment time.

No hassle blood draw, schedule from home and walk in at your scheduled time and have your blood drawn. Very nice people working there and the place is super clean. I would recommend Quest to anyone who wants a no hassle blood draw.

I wish it was possible to give a zero star cause if I could, I would. They definitely are not kids friendly. Took my 8 year old daughter there not even once but twice for bloodwork so the doctor can refill her meds both times was a waste the first time the lady wouldn’t even entered the room she said my daughter is to strong she wasn’t going to try then took us go on our way and get a hold of the doctor and see if they could give her medication to relax her and come back, I did that and still nothing. My daughter is artistic. Seems like they don’t have patience for the disabled kiddos well the same day I made a few phone calls and told them about this experience and point me in the right direction I took my daughter to Children's East in monroeville great place for kids I highly recommend Children's East, the Lady who did my daughters blood was amazing and friendly. I give quest in Leechburg a 0 star. I don’t recommend bringing kids here they have no respect for kids i highly recommend Children's East.

Went to the Quest located at 397 Hyde Park in Allegheny Township. We arrived 40 minutes before close and were turned away by staff after checking in (no one in the wait queue). Our 7 year old needed testing for Lyme disease and the staff told us per policy they can’t draw our 7 year olds blood because they didn’t have help to hold him down. We advised them we could have him sit on our lap and they refused. I would not trust this location, the staff is not competent. It seemed as though the staff wanted to be done for the day instead of doing their job.

Awesome staff, clean clinic, waiting time is great especially if you make and appointment the phone app. Is the best
