I was wrongfully terminated, and discriminated against by Macy (client care manager) who went as far to tell other colleagues that she wanted to “get rid of me” which solidified having an ulterior motive. I believe this was due to me being in the LGBTQ+ community. I was on a small team, which was very cliquey, and there was a lot of favoritism. This created a hostile, toxic, environment. No inclusivity, nor diversity as advertised. There were several homophobic slurs/comments that went around the office, which made me immensely uncomfortable. I faced constant discrimination, bullying, and was micromanaged by Macy, which made the work environment challenging and detrimental to my well-being. She created a narrative that targeted not only my work ethic, but character. HR unfortunately corroborated her story, and they terminated me due to false allegations. When asked for examples, they failed to provide any substantial evidence to support their claims. There was no validity to their statements, but hearsay. I’ve worked in customer service for an entire decade, and have never endured such inappropriate behavior, and unprofessionalism in the workplace. This poor treatment was defamatory, and caused emotional distress, which ruined my experience in the short time I had worked for Circadia. It’s disappointing that anyone would want to tarnish the reputation of an innocent, young professional, who is trying to make an honest career. I reached out to the CEO since my termination, and he failed to acknowledge anything, nor was accountability taken by those who directly targeted me. Choosing to overlook the discrimination occurring behind closed doors within your own establishment is deeply concerning, and demonstrated the type of company I was working for. I believe Circadia's Skincare is effective, but highly recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere if you value your mental health, and don't want your potential to be undermined. You’ll thank me later.

This place sells overpriced skin care products, that don't work. You're better off buying cheap products from Walmart.

Love circadia I had a little hiccup with a clients situation. One there reps was their to help answer my questions and give creative recommendations to help calm my clients sensitized skin while I was trying to figure out what the best approach would be. Highly recommend their amazing products.
