Had a good session with my partner here. The cold plunge was a good training experience for us as Ben clearly explained what to expect. We were able to maximize the benefits of the cold plunge moving forward as sauna and cold plunge enthusiasts. Wish there’s a shower/rinse area after sessions though! Place is very relaxing and inviting.

This is a wonderful business. I drive down from Williamsport for the cold plunge and sauna. It’s absolutely worth the drive. I always feel rejuvenated and energized after my plunge. There is nothing like it. Ben, the owner, is knowledgeable and passionate about wellness. He is clearly in the wellness space for the right reasons. Can’t say enough positive things about this business. Will be back as often as my schedule permits.

Ben has been my personal trainer since August. I came to him feeling old, worn out, low energy, and recovering from a few injuries (knee, shoulder, back). Basically, I said enough was enough. I signed up for the 12-week program initially. This changed everything. After the initial sore wore off from all of my inactivity, I saw changes within a couple weeks. My eating habits changed. Everything started to feel better. Back pain was gone, my shoulder pain disappeared, and my knee was strengthened where I had the confidence I was past the point of another tear. I extended to a full year around the 8 or 10 week mark because I knew there was no going back to the old me. I am 26 weeks or so into this journey and my life is changed. I found that when I prioritized my health, I was far more productive for my family, my employer, my community. I had energy for my busy kid that I couldn't find before. I had my life back. Ben knows and understands the functional fitness world so well; he took all my broken pieces and rebuilt me into where I am today. His approach is proven and can help everyone. I put in 3-4 workouts with Ben every week. This is the only way to start my day. I have far more mental capacity to take on my work life and home life after the 6AM workouts with Ben. It clears the mind and preps you for the day like nothing else can. It made me prioritize my sleep and eating so I was at my best for the early mornings. The cold plunge and sauna after a week of tough workouts is the best recovery. That is my Friday reward. I take the weekends off and I look forward to Mondays. If you are not happy with your current state like I was, do yourself and everyone around you a favor. If you are tired of the excuses and believing the lies we tell ourselves, draw that line in the sand. If your desire to change is greater than the desire to stay the same, you have arrived. One Health and Wellness has made a positive change in my life. Through their unique approach to fitness I have learned that I do not need to do long complicated workouts of setscand repetition to see improvement. Ben's approach to personal training showed me that things can be modified and meet goals. He uses kettlebells, weighted clubs, maces, and body weight to train one efficiently and effectively. Additionally usung cold plunge and sauna for recovery was exceptional. As a 50 year old man this is also sustainable. Having Ben as a personal trainer, he took my wellbeing into account and modified exercises when needed because of “old football injuries.” Overall this gym membership is worth the price!
