House Of Glo RX

I’ve been coming to the spa for a little over a year now and I just love the service! The ladies are so warm and welcoming :) Adrienne is excellent at Botox and explains everything so thoroughly, I learn more and more at every visit. Sometimes about things that may not even apply to the service I’m there for. From time to time, my daughter comes along and gets a lip flip from Adrienne. She always makes her feel comfortable and relaxed as well. Very professional, thorough, and just an overall great experience each and every time! Thank you ladies!

I got a lash lift and tint by Brandy almost a month ago and they STILL look fabulous! Also got a facial by her and “glo-ed” for days! Not only are her services top of the line but she made me feel comfortable and was awesome to talk to through my services!

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. Penny is absolutely amazing and really does incredible work. She made me feel so comfortable because she is extremely knowledgeable and competent. I had filler and Botox and would highly recommend her services !

Jenn, Krystal and the entire staff at House of Glö are second to none! From the moment you enter, to the end of your service you are made to feel like family, not clientele. They make sure each and every one of your needs are met. Hands down, the best med spa experience I've had and the best you'll find in Lancaster!

Let me be CRYSTAL clear. The ONLY reason I set foot in House of Glo was because I followed my Aesthetician, Niki Lannigan. (Spelled with ONE "K", unlike the unprofessional separation TEXT they sent out to HER clients). Since she's parted with this underhanded company, they CONTINUE to send me text messages even after I have asked them to STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE. They STILL solicit me for reviews for their website and now on Google? If I could leave ZERO STARS, BELIEVE ME, I WOULD. This classless establishment and the people who own/run it need to take long hard look at themselves. I'm actually relieved they NEVER called me back when I left a message to reschedule my lash lift appointment 24 hours prior since I was dealing with a terrible migraine, and knew I would be dealing with the postdrome the next day. The appointment wouldn't have been with my Aesthetician, since they have their own person doing them, but I was going to support the business as a whole. Glad they don't have a very good business model, I suppose, for my sake! I wouldn't support them as a business seeing that this is the way they treat their business partners with such low regard. It would make me deeply question where they are cutting corners with clients to make profits, since morality went out the window when they cut ties with their partner and tried stealing her client base while she was on bereavement leave. Just say NO to "House of Goo".
