I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with Marybeth and Jodi. They're both knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional, and I feel like they genuinely care. Marybeth has guided me to create an effective skin care regimen while giving me a boost with wonderful hydrafacials. Jodi made my first Halo treatment SO much better than I anticipated – by explaining the entire process and being patient with my questions, she put my mind at ease. As far as customer service goes, Kruti and Lauren have always been warm and accommodating. If you're relatively new to medical-grade skin products and procedures like me, I'd definitely recommend Strella.

The staff was great and explained everything so I could understand the best treatment for my pigmentation issues. From the nurse to the front desk they all Made me feel very comfortable and optimistic for treatment they recommended. Even helped with skincare routine and wrote it out for me so I can do the best for my skin. I can’t wait to start on treatments!

I had an amazing experience with Marybeth. She goes extra length to make sure your comfortable throughout the process. I signed up for microneedling with aerolase package. Highly recommend! My skin is glowing and looking brighter! Everyone in the office is really nice and friendly too.

Krystal did such an amazing job on my hydro facial! My skin looks and feels amazing and I got so many compliments! Krystal was so sweet and professional. She explained the hydro facial process each step of the way. The spa itself is clean and beautiful and all the staff were kind and helpful! Highly recommend!
