I feel so grateful to have found Dr Bruno. I was very unhappy with a prior surgery from another physician and I really didn’t think anything could be done. I had lost my femininity and Dr Bruno restored it !!! He was very professional, soft spoken and kind. He didn’t promise any miracles, but explained to me what he could do. I immediately had confidence in him. He took very good care of me ,he called to check on me after the surgery and told me to call if I was concerned about anything . He’s an excellent doctor and I am again very thankful to have found him . As for his office staff, they were wonderful. Lindsay is a very warm person I had had a mishap before the surgery whereas I couldn’t get out of my clothes and she was very sensitive and kind and assisted me She was also wonderful in returning calls . As for Danielle, I think she’s wonderful She went through many photos with me, and patiently explained things she made me feel very comfortable.I also think she’s brilliant and a beautiful advertisement in a beautiful office This is a wonderful team, so Thank you all for the time , and the care!! This review is for the mothers who are suffering from Diastasis Recti and are done with their child bearing years and want their body to feel strong for themselves and their children. Dr. Bruno and his staff is the practice for you. No need to go outside of the Scranton Area. Dr. Bruno and his staff are the practice that will take care of your surgical needs. I am an athletic woman who always worked out before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after pregnancy. My husband and I were blessed with 6 healthy children. As I continued to work out, I realized that my abdomen was not gaining any more muscle. I learned that I had Diastasis Recti which is a condition where the muscles in front of the belly separate. In my situation, working out alone was not able to fix this condition after all my pregnancies. I asked my PCP and My GYNO and others who they would recommend to fix my condition. Of course, I received many responses to leave the area to travel to NY or Jersey, but there was a recommendation for Dr. Bruno right here in the Scranton area. I thought that it can not hurt to give the practice a call and since I lived in the area it is very convenient for my lifestyle. I am very grateful for making that initial phone call and for the recommendation. From beginning to end Dr. Bruno and his practice had my best interest in mind. His surgery skills are of the best and his availability to return my calls even on a holiday is a comfort like no other. It will be two years this spring that I made the call and the surgery performed. Today, my stomach is actually flatter than it was prior children and there is an outline of an abdomen! Electing to have this surgery and choosing Dr.Bruno to perform it is a decision that I want to share with you all. After the surgery when my body healed, I continued to work out which contributed to the strength I have today. I can throw on a dress or a bathing suit without feeling self conscious of the extra skin six children left behind. I am in my 40's and I feel strong and beautiful.
