I highly recommend Center City Dermatology in Exton. Both my daughter and I, have been going there for different skin conditions. The treatments have actually helped, and worked (which we have not experienced from other places)! Entire staff has been very helpful and friendly throughout each visit!

Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Check in went smoothly. The reason why I gave 4 stars was because it was over 30 minutes and I was still waiting to be seen to a room. I was not updated about a delay. I asked and then was taken to a room. Was I forgotten? Dr. Hess was friendly and explained all my concerns.

I have been going to Center City Dermatology for a couple of years now, primarily seeing Brittany Flowers, CRNP. I go to her for my annual total body skin check as well as any acute skin issues and aesthetic treatments. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel heard and that all of your issues are addressed even if it takes a little bit longer than the appointment was probably blocked for. Her bedside manner is professional but approachable, which can be hard to find! I recently started to get PRP with her under my eyes to help with dark circles and cannot believe how amazing my results have been! Brittany took the time to explain treatment options to me for the dark circles and loss of volume under my eyes that was bothering me, and we decided on PRP as probably my best bet. I liked that we were using my own blood for the PRP to treat my problem area as opposed to filler. She recommended 3 treatments with about 6 weeks in between treatments to start, which is what I did. It is definitely a little scary to have someone using needles right by your eyes, but Brittany made me comfortable with numbing cream and played my favorite music to help distract me. The blood draw was quick and painless, too. After the treatment, within about a month, I noticed that my under eyes were plumping up and the darkness was fading away. Now, after my third treatment, my eyes and face look noticeably more rejuvenated! I tell everyone I know to go to her, so felt I had to write a review here too.

I use to realllyyyyy like this place. If I can give them a zero stars I would. I have been coming to this office for a long time. I have spent a lot of money out of pocket in this office. I attempted to reschedule an appointment for over two days and the office would continue to put me on hold for over 15 mins at a time. I would hang up and call again. And same thing! Then because I was unable to get through to anyone they wanted to charge me $50 no show fee! Of course I was a no show I tried to reschedule the damn appointment and was unsuccessful! After so many years of being a patient here, they now want a $50 - $100 additional deposit to schedule an appointment! They are trying to implement new policies for old patients without them signing anything. I don’t care about spending the money but I care about being loyal to your existing paying out of pocket patient! It’s the principle. I’ll never come here again and definitely won’t recommend them to anyone. In addition my last work done was horrible, my lips are more fuller on 1 side than the other. And when I mentioned this to them they told me to give it time, with no intentions on correcting them. It’s not what I asked for or what I wanted. And again, I have been coming here for years so I don’t understand why it couldn’t have been corrected.

I needed a quick appointment as I had gone away on vacation and came home burned and with mosquito bites. They got me in the next day and Samantha did a wonderful job of checking me out and prescribing a needed ointment. The whole staff here today was amazing.
