I had an appointment with Dr. Reid for hyperpigmentation. During the appointment she barely listened to my concerns and seemed like she was rushing to get the appointment over. She cut me off when I was describing my skin care routine and overall seemed disinterested. Reid prescribed a treatment that was mainly for acne even though I don’t have acne however, I trusted her expertise and began using it. After using the medications I broke out with a horrible rash that was painful and itchy. I emailed her and told her about my reaction and she told me to stop using it and she prescribed something else. Unfortunately, that did not work either. Overall, my experience with Dr. Reid seemed like she did not care.

Dr. Bird is truly amazing—so kind and patient, and she really takes the time to walk you through everything. I was so nervous to take the leap with Accutane, but Dr. Bird explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable. My skin has improved so much, and I’m beyond grateful for her. Melissa, the esthetician, is also incredible! She’s so knowledgeable and always provides thoughtful and research based recommendations!

Dr. Bird and Nora were amazing! I’d highly recommend. They were both very thorough with diagnosing, explaining, planning and treatment. My appointment was quick and very well informed which made then experience even greater. An app in association to the practice makes the billing process a breeze and the front desk is also very accommodating with scheduling. I was a whole hour early for my appointment and they were able to see me earlier. Looking forward to future visits!
