She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and took the time to explain everything in detail. Since this was my first time, I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. I came for laser on facial hair Jonnalee was friendly & honest with me I prepaid for 3 treatments After my first treatment, I had the usual post procedure swelling in spots. But that one treatment had a profound affect on the dark facial hair At what would have been my 3nd treatment, there weren't enough regrown hairs to warrant another treatment Although they generally don't refund prepayments, I was able to get several Skin critical products and some cash back I like honest, respectful people like Jonnalee, even if a full course of treatment wasn't in the cards

Jonnalee is the sweetest person especially to go get laser removal on eyebrows I had since 2021 . I love love love how sweet and comforting she makes the whole process she is understanding when it comes to pain and trust me the whole session was so quick ❤️ I appreciate you jonnalee more then you know . Today was the best day of my life the end of so much embarrassment . ☺️
